OUR ROOMS AND STUDIOS FOR THE ELDERLY IN RICHELIEU
We are pleased to present our rooms and studios for seniors in Richelieu.
Résidence Bleu et Or is a residence for the elderly with 82 rooms and adapted studios, with specialized services for retirees. We welcome people who are autonomous and in loss of autonomy.
We offer a choice of 3 room sizes, as well as some studios. These are spread over three floors, all accessible by two elevators.
Each room and studio includes:
- A private bathroom equipped with a bath/shower and safety bars
- A standard sink and toilet
- lingerie and a large wardrobe
All inclusive formula for all apartments
3 meals a day + snacks,

Hot water and heating.
Studio from 200 sq. ft. to 275 sq. ft. with full private bathroom.
3 and 1/2 apartments of 400 sq. ft. with full bathroom

Heating
A temperature control is installed in each room. The heating is electric radiant type (baseboard), which allows temperature control by means of a thermostat.
Security
Each room or studio is also equipped with emergency buttons in the room and bathroom and an emergency zipper in the hallway, as well as a smoke and fire detector connected to a central unit.
Decoration and furnishing
- The floors of the bedrooms and studios are covered with vinyl flooring imitating wood.
- We offer furnished or unfurnished rooms. Practical and neutral furniture, which can be easily adapted to any type of decoration, can be provided. The room or studio is part of the living environment, so it can be decorated and furnished to the resident's taste.
- Note that a complete cleaning and painting refreshment (if necessary) is done before each resident arrives.
The community antenna service is included in the rent, as well as the telephone service. The number is provided upon the resident's arrival.
